“I've been taking my Nopalea faithfully. It tastes good and God knows I need it. I have type 2 Diabetes, heart disease and other life-threatening diseases. When I was diagnosed with diabetes five years ago, my blood sugar was over 1000. Yes, 1000. I was hospitalized for days on insulin drips. What an experience.
I began to develop neuropathy rather quickly. Initially, I lost the feeling in my big toes, and it spread eventually to all of my toes, then to the pads under my feet. A few months ago, I began a new phase of neuropathy: sharp pain in my feet. Wow! I never knew sharp pain like that.
